Fabriqués sous nos yeux, ceux-ci fûrent délicieux. Cuits au feu de bois, nature pour les puristes, ou en sandwich, tout réside dans la recette du "spread" et de la garniture... Ça tombe bien, ils fabriquent aussi le spread.
Fascinés individuellement à la main, ébouillantés 6 minutes, parsemés de graines puis surveillés de près lors de la cuisson, quelques heures sont nécessaires pour venir à bout du pâton.
Sur Bank Street, c'est ouvert 24/7/365; ils fabriquent 6000 bagels par jour, alors forcément, il y en aura pour tout le monde. Une bonne adresse et un bien agréable spectacle en tout cas!
